Private 1-2-1 in-person Training sessions focusing on:

  • strength & conditioning
  • injury rehabilitation post surgery or chronic injury
  • post partum conditioning

Technique Coaching in:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Barre
  • Gym/Fitness

5 session package with a 6 week time limit to completion.

  • Non-refundable.
  • Strict 24hr cancellation of session booking policy.
  • Sessions are 50min
  • Conducted in your home or park (weather permitting)
